Our beautiful 5 bedroom Orlando holiday villa is situated within the prestigious and well maintained gated community of Tuscan Hills. It is nestled in a peaceful conservation area of Davenport making this an ideal location for your dream Orlando holiday.

The villa is south facing and is located on a prime corner plot, un overlooked with great views over woodland beyond.

It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite), a 26 x 13 ft private South facing pool and separate spa with an extended pool deck and covered lanai. 2 separate dining areas, a large family room overlooking the pool area, a fully fitted kitchen, a games room, air conditioning and heating throughout, laundry facilities, a DVD and CD player, 6 flat screen televisions (one a Samsung 55 inch LED smart 4K ultra HD TV) make this a special vacation retreat.

The villa has a telephone allowing calls to anywhere in the US, Canada and Mexico for free.

There is also free WI-FI Internet connection (laptop not supplied) for you to use. Using your mobile (cell phone) or laptop with Whatsapp, face time, Skype etc will keep everyone up to date with your holiday fun!

The five bedrooms allow 10 adults to sleep comfortably.

Tuscan Hills is located in Davenport, south west of Walt Disney World on the US 27, just over one mile from the intersection with the US 192. The Interstate 4 can easily be reached and provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (60 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes).

You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a bank, petrol station, Publix supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants. On site facilities include a Mediterranean Style Club House with gym, tennis courts, children's indoor play area, sand volley ball court, and a palm garden. 

Walt Disney World can be reached in just 15 minutes, Universal Studios, Seaworld, and International drive with its numerous attractions can be reached in around 30 minutes. There are several quality golf courses just minutes away by car which cater for every level of golfer including Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Champions Gate, plus over 20 more with-in a 20 mile radius.

If you prefer a little retail therapy instead, Orlando is home to a large number of malls and retail outlets including Mall at Millenia, Florida Mall, Orlando Premium Outlets, Outlet Market Place, Osceola Square Mall, Disney Springs shopping and entertainment, Market Street at Celebration, Orlando Fashion Square Mall.

If you fancy a little Americana there is Old Town Kissimmee a short drive away.

Our villa has a large open plan seating area called the Family room. It contains three large luxurious sofas, allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end of an action packed day. If you have a young family with you it is so easy for them to snuggle down in their beds and for you to listen out whilst you continue to enjoy the evening. 

French Patio doors give direct access to the pool deck as well as providing a great view out over the pool area and woodland beyond. There is also a ceiling fan to ensure that the room stays cool as you relax. 

To keep everyone entertained there is a Samsung 55 inch LED smart 4K ultra HD television, a DVD system with a selection of films for all the children, and a CD player.

If you fancy escaping the sunshine for a while, it is the ideal place to come curl up and relax with a good book from our mini library.

The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, automatic ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is a large breakfast bar with enough seating for two people. 

If you need to do any laundry, you will find a large capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron, and ironing board in the laundry room. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs.

There are two dining areas, the Dining room and the Breakfast Nook. 

The dining room is located centrally in the house and compromises of a large table and six chairs, and is ideal for both formal and casual meals. 

The roomy breakfast nook adjoins the Kitchen and breakfast bar. It contains a wrought iron wooden topped table with four chairs and two bar stools. A large window lets in plenty of natural light.

The villa contains five large bedrooms allowing up to 10 adults to sleep comfortably. 

One master suite, two further double en-suites and two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom. Each bedroom has its own television.

The Master Suite has a Queen sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with Roman tub/bath, huge walk-in Shower, separate toilet, and twin basins and vanity mirrors. Additional luxuries include a hairdryer and clock radio, whilst storage space is no problem with a large walk-in closet. As a final touch of elegance you will have your own doorway out onto the pool deck.

One double has a Queen sized bed and a en-suite bathroom complete with a bath / shower unit and direct access to the pool deck. This is a great facility should a trip to the bathroom be required without having to walk through the villa. Ample storage space is provided by a large built-in closet and drawers. 

The other double is located at the front of the house and has a large Queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath / shower unit. 

Bedrooms four and five each contain two single beds. Located conveniently in-between the two twin rooms is the homes fourth bathroom complete with a bath / shower unit. All bedrooms have a built-in closet and drawers providing plenty of storage space. 

All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you need it.

The villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a consistent cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep.

To add to your enjoyment we have converted our large two car garage into a fantastic Games Room.

The room features Air Hockey, Table Football, a Pool Table, and a Electronic Darts board.

Our villa has its own private South facing 26 by 13 foot Pool. It is surrounded by a large extended paved patio which includes a covered Lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. It is furnished with chairs, a table, and beach beds which allows you to just lie back, relax and enjoy the Florida sun. 

If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are are pool toys to keep the children entertained.

If swimming seems like to much work then lie back in our luxurious spa, an ideal way to do nothing at all. Other features of the pool deck include direct access to the villas second ensuite bathroom which has a bath / shower unit, while a pool safety fence is available for peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa and takes only minutes to put in place.

All this is set in a private environment with stunning views behind the pool area looking out over woodland and conservation area.

As sunset arrives the pool and spa lighting can be switched on to provide a pleasing ambiance for al fresco dining or just an evening chill out.
